Children come step into the stream
Step in, Step in and be clean,
Come seek the healing of the cross,
I died so you would not be lost.

Lord, I call to you to meet my need
Come heal my soul and ease my pain,
Oh, how I long to stay close to You,
My precious Lord, touch me again.

Lord, send new power into my life
You are my Peace, my Wisdom and Light,
I need Your strength to conquer the foe,
I'll trust You Lord, You are in control.

Give me the faith to help me rise
And one day I'll rest on Jordan's tide,
I'll see the gates swing open wide,
Then forever with my Lord I'll abide.

Oh, such joy my Saviour gives
There's no other Friend to bless and cheer,
One day He'll call, Come enter the fold.
And share in the beauty on streets of gold.
